The result is design that works day to day, gets through planning and holds its value. Take it on its own or as part of a joined-up delivery model alongside the rest of what we do. We are based at the Digital Media Centre in Barnsley, South Yorkshire and work with clients nationwide.

How do I get started?

Do you handle planning applications?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and supporting documents, submit the application and deal with the planning officer’s questions until a decision is made. Planning permission can never be guaranteed, but careful research and a well-considered design give you the best chance. For more complex projects, we may suggest bringing in a planning consultant. How long will my project take?
That depends on its scale and the approvals it needs. Planning decisions take around 8 weeks for householder applications and 8 to 13 weeks for most others. We will give you a realistic programme at the start.
