What we collect
When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we hold the details you give us, such as your name, contact details and anything you tell us about your project.
When you use the enquiry form on our Contact page, we receive your name, email address, phone number and company if you give them, plus what you tell us about your project. Each enquiry is stored on our website and sent to our email inbox.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you and to carry out the work you ask us to do. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
Our website is hosted by SiteGround, who process server data on our behalf. Our email runs on Microsoft 365 and the Instagram feed on our homepage is provided by Elfsight. Where a project needs it, we share project information with the consultants and contractors working on it, always with your knowledge.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as we need it to do the work and to meet our legal and insurance obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email hello@studioseventyfive.co.uk and we will sort it.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page.
