New Build House

We provided architectural design services for a large, new build six-bedroom detached dwelling in Grimethorpe, Barnsley, working closely with the client to develop a brief shaped around modern family living.

The accommodation includes a large open plan kitchen and dining area, a separate living room and utility plus a master bedroom suite complete with ensuite and dressing area. Five additional bedrooms and a family bathroom provide ample space for the family, while a double integral garage completes the layout.

We supported the client from initial design through planning and into construction, guiding the project from concept to completion.

The dwelling occupies a large, vacant infill site purchased from the local authority. In addition to the new detached home, the planning approval also included a pair of semi-detached dwellings on the adjacent plot, maximising the development potential of the wider site.
