Reformer Pilates Studio, Leeds

We provided architectural and interior design services for a new eight-bed Reformer Pilates studio, delivered through the transformation of an existing retail unit in the heart of Leeds city centre.

Our involvement began with a detailed feasibility study, testing a range of layout options to determine the most effective use of the available floor space. This process balanced the practical requirements of Reformer Pilates equipment and class flow with the client’s brief for a bright, relaxing studio environment.

To help the client visualise and choose between options, we produced a series of CGIs, allowing key design decisions to be made with confidence before construction began.

Working within the constraints of an existing retail shell, our design team carefully considered circulation, sightlines and the placement of all eight reformer beds to create a spacious, welcoming studio suited to both individual and group sessions.
