A prominent house with excellent views. Although the existing property was large it was poorly laid out, with a kitchen and dining area that did not match its size. Our brief was to create an open plan living area on the ground floor, a master bedroom with large picture window, dressing room and ensuite, a loft conversion and space to accommodate a swimming pool and gym.

We worked with the clients to create a two storey side extension and a lower ground area, built into the hillside, taking full advantage of the stunning south-facing views.
